When you submit an online enquiry form or email us directly, we capture details such as your **Name**, **Email address**, and **chosen Package interest**. This information is solely used to establish personal contact and prepare mockups or drafts.
We never sell, rent, or lease your personal details to third-party databases. All communication history is safely encrypted. If you wish to delete your email records from our system, simply email us at `enquiry@websitedesignsrus.co.uk` and we will complete your request within 48 hours.
Our main static site is extremely lightweight and does **not** deploy tracking cookies or analytic beacons that track your activities across external sites.
When accessing the administrative backend of our `htmly` blog system, local session cookies are established to secure your logged-in session. These are strictly functional and are automatically deleted upon log-off or browser termination.
For client packages selected on a monthly rental plan, billing commences 30 days after the dynamic site handoff. Billing is processed securely via Stripe. You can cancel your monthly rental at any time with a 30-day notice period.
All graphics and visual mockups drafted during the Free Mockup phase remain the intellectual property of Website Designs R Us until formal package orders are confirmed. If you decide not to proceed, the mockup is safely retired.
